At Mintyfi we process the data you send through this site only to the extent required to respond to your request.
1. What data we process
We process the full name, e-mail, organisation, topic of interest and message content you share in the contact form.
Data processed on our products' own platforms is described separately in the privacy policy on each product's site.
2. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to evaluate your request, plan a meeting, prepare a quote and carry out contract processes.
3. Retention period
Contact form records are kept for a maximum of 24 months. If a contractual relationship is established, statutory retention periods apply.
4. Sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers required to deliver the service, and it is never sold for marketing purposes.
5. Your rights and contact
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to info@mintyfi.com.
