KVKK Privacy Notice

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Mintyfi.

Identity (full name), contact (e-mail, organisation), customer transaction (request content) and transaction security (IP, session log) data are processed.

Data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract and the legitimate interest of the data controller. Marketing communication is carried out only with explicit consent.

You can send your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to info@mintyfi.com. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
